Biography
Midam Kim, PhD is a research specialist and lecturer in the School of Business at the University of Kansas. She received her Ph.D. from Northwestern University, and her B.A. and M.A. from Seoul National University.
Her research interests lie at the intersection of linguistics and management. Her current research explores how the origin and gender of CEOs affect their leadership and how their speech, voice, and language use can mitigate the relationship.
